This type of numerology works by reducing your birth date down to one number by adding the month, day and year all together. The sum of this equation is able to help you discover things about your personality and character.

The formula for this looks like this: Month + Day + Year = Number. An example being someones birthday that was June 1,'83. It would be broken down in to Month(6) + Day(1) + Year (1 + 9 + 8 + 3). The resulting sum would be 28. Next add these two numbers together in order to get a single number. It would look like this: 2 + 8 = 10. We still have a double digit so we would add these numbers together once again, like this, 1 + 0 = 1.
